1. Graduation Clearance Form with all required signatures.

2. Employment Survey if you are currently employed.

3. Completion of the Graduation Exit Survey.

Graduation Exit Survey
Before graduating, you must complete the online Graduation Exit Survey. The Graduation Exit Survey is used to collect feedback from students regarding their educational experience at the University of Holy Cross. If you do not complete this survey, your application is incomplete and will not be processed.

Financial Aid
If you are a student loan borrower, you are required to complete exit loan counseling.

Completing an exit interview is a federal requirement and it will provide you with valuable information about your rights and responsibilities as a student loan borrower. You will have many decisions to make in the near future, including decisions about managing the repayment of your student loans. Exit loan counseling will help you make these decisions.

We recommend that you read the Exit Counseling Guide for Federal Student Loan Borrowers available online at: https://studentaid.gov/sites/default/files/exit-counseling.pdf

After you have reviewed the brochure, complete the Exit Counseling requirement online at https://studentaid.gov/exit-counseling/. You must have your Federal Student Aid ID in order to complete the exit counseling. UHC will be notified electronically when you complete the requirement, so you do not need to notify the financial aid office when you are finished with this requirement.
